Raspberry on the nose showcases our County terroir. Nicely oaked and dry from a good tannic structure. Pairs with filet mignon, cajun cuisine, smoked duck, grilled portabello and peppers, blue cheese & fresh figs. Serving temp: cool, but not chilled.
