Classic Pinotage flavours of coffee, tobacco and chocolate on the mid and end-palates. This full-bodied vintages shows more intense coffee and chocolate because of the dry 2016 summer. Raspberry on the nose showcases our County terroir. Nicely oaked and dry from a good tannic structure. Pairs with filet mignon, cajun cuisine, smoked duck, grilled portabello and peppers, blue cheese & fresh figs. Serving temp: cool, but not chilled.
