Syrah-style, full bodied dry red has flavours of ripe dark fruit, smoke and leather thanks to chestnut barrel aging, with soft mid-mouth tannins.
Age 3-5 years. Excellent with lamb, ribs, pork tenderloin, aged cheeses, blackened pickerel.
